CONCIERGE SERVICES

We offer an extensive variety of personalized wine storage services to help make your wine collecting passion less stressful.

Our concierge service is personalized and is provided by 3rd party expert contractors who charge service fees based on how much assistance you want.

1) INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Our superb concierge service providers use the excellent Cellar Tracker Inventory program. Now you can view and manage your wine collection on a computer or your cell phone, from anywhere there is internet service.

Some of the terrific features of CT are bar coding individual bottles, with location codes, so you can find the exact bottle without fuss and easily scan the wines you consumed before you forget. 2) RECEIVING

Live out of state? Life a bit busy these days? No problem!

We offer personalized concierge services including “put away service“, which includes repacking recently received shipments arriving in oversized shipper boxes, and placing them in your locker or walk-in. Need even more help? Your concierge can receive your wine, unpack the shipper boxes, rack, and/or box your wine for placement in your locker or walk-in and maintain your Cellar Tracker inventory. The Wine Cellar Club does not charge for receiving your shipments. Contact Felicia for concierge service rates.

3) SELL/BUY

As an additional service your Wine Cellar Club can assist you if you wish to sell or auction your wine or you want to buy wine at the best prices. Contact Steven for details at steven@winecellarclub.com. Never any charge for this service for our members.

4) SHIP YOUR WINE

Moving? Vacation plans? Need wine shipped across the US? We refer our member's requests to our most trusted licensed wine importer/shipper. Keep in mind - there are restrictions preventing interstate wine shipments into some states.  We do not recommend shipping wine during the hot summer months unless you choose overnight delivery or specify refrigerated containers.
