Felicia joined the Wine Cellar Club in 1998 with the mission of providing superb customer service at a time when most wine storage facilities had NO customer service personnel on site.

The Wine Cellar Club has grown dramatically during the last 33 years and, with each passing year, the we have upped the ante on customer service.

Felicia's responsibilities have grown to encompass our ever changing menu of concierge services and private club amenities.
